Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. During the holiday season our shipping time increases due to order volume, but we work really hard to get all of our customers their orders promptly. We also offer expedited shipping. You just have to let your sales person know if you need this service.

Do I have to purchase a display rack in order to carry a product line?
We recommend bringing in a merchandising unit for all of our product lines. The displays provide brand recognition and a simple and convenient way to present the product, which also provides ease of reordering.

Do you sell your perfume oils in larger containers or in bulk?
Auric Blends perfume oils are only available in the 1/3 oz. containers you see on our website. We do not offer our oils in bulk containers either.

How can I apply for credit?
Our accounting department is happy to send credit applications to any customer who is interested in obtaining 30-day payment terms. You can click here to send an email requesting an application.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you have a problem with your order you should contact our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will replace your broken merchandise for no charge and we will credit your account for missing items.

Our return policy allows you 45 days from the date of your invoice to send product back for a credit to your account.

If you find that a certain fragrance in your collection isn’t moving as fast as others, we will exchange your remaining inventory with another fragrance. With our collection of over 40 fragrances, we have fragrances for everyone!

How do I set up my account?
If you are a brand new customer, welcome! You can contact our sales department at 800-882-7247 ext. 101. Or, you can select the following link to set up your accounts online. One of our sales people will then contact you to confirm all information and be sure that you have a current catalog and price sheet.

Can I get free product samples before I place my opening order?
Auric Blends always send product samples with new catalog requests. If the product you are interested in did not come with your catalog, you can contact our sales department at 800-882-7247 ext. 101 and speak to one of our sales people about the product line that you are interested in.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders through UPS and we use ground service unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available if required.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
We charge the standard rates according to the UPS rate chart. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the package, the distance it is traveling and the service requested (ground or expedited). We also add an additional handling charge of 3%, not to exceed $25.00, which covers the cost of packing material for your order.

Can I track my order online?
Currently we do not have the capability of tracking orders online. Please be patient with us, the service will be available soon!

How do I become a wholesale distributor of Auric Blends product line?
If you are an established distributor in the gift, new age or natural products industry and you think our product line is a good fit with what you currently sell, please contact our sales manager to discuss the specifics of setting up an account.

Is there a sales rep in my territory?
If you would prefer to be serviced by a rep in the field, please contact our sales manager to determine if there is a sales rep who currently services your area.

How do I become a sales rep/broker for Auric Blends?
Are you an established sales rep who would like to add Auric Blends to your current product offering? Do you have experience in the gift, new age or natural products industry?
